EQUIPMENT NEEDED

Propane or Natural Gas Grill

We received the Rogue 525 for a joint birthday present from my mother-in-law. It is awesome and we couldn’t recommend it more. The wheels make it easy to maneuver and the curved grill grates add killer grill marks! Not to mention with an initial seasoning are essentially non-stick!

METHOD

STEP 1: Preheat the Grill

Preheat the grill over medium-high heat.

When the grill is hot and before you lay your ingredients on the grill make sure to clean the grates well.

This will help them release from the grates easily!

STEP 2: Grill and Rotate

Lay your ingredients across the grill grates on a diagonal. Let it sit for 1-2 minutes or until no longer sticking to the grates.

Rotate 90 degrees and allow to cook for 2 more minutes. This creates a diamond pattern on the food.

More grill marks = more caramelization = more flavor!

STEP 3: Flip and Rotate

Flip the food when it is cooked halfway up the sides and has dark, distinct grill marks. Cook the remainder of the way rotating 90 degree about half way there.

STEP 4: Remove from heat and Serve.

When the food is cooked through, remove from the heat and keep the grill on for 5 more minutes to burn off any pieces left behind. Remember to turn off the grill.
